– Vendor have right to check the quality of the returned product. In case of damage or change the amount is not refundable.
– Shipping costs are not refundable․
Backorder:
– After the backorder has been confirmed by a notification, the artist has started making your product.
– After that notification the order will be definite, and can no longer be cancelled.
– Back-ordered product will be ready in 10-15 days and then it will be delivered.
– As the products are handmade in case of a backorder it’s not possible to get exactly the same product as on the photo, so there might be some minor differences.
