You can apply for a few artworks in the same time, there are no limits.
For detailed information about the shipment, you can track your package via the particular courier’s website.
The tracking number and some other details about the shipment you will receive by email after you’ve bought an artwork. Please copy the tracking number from that page and then enter it into the courier’s webpage for the latest tracking information.
You should be careful to review the offered packing method in the description of your chosen artwork.
Here we have listed some phrases that you may see in an artwork description about the packaging.
Mounted artworks – this refers to a work adhered to a ridged flat surface such as wood, metal or Plexiglas. You can expect these kinds of works to arrive flat.
Stretched – this refers to a standard canvas painting which denotes canvas wrapped around a wooden frame, known as Stretcher-bars. These kind of works will arrive flat and are ready to hang
Large/oversized artworks – very large artworks may be shipped rolled (you will be informed about it from the description). It’s far less expensive to shipped oversized works rolled.

The standard delivery time for artworks is 7 to 15 working days. It depends on your country customs restrictions. You may have shipping delays due to customs clearance.
Note: in some countries the customs clearance process may take even 30 days or more. You can check that process in your country international shipping policies.
Yes, you can. You can cancel your order before shipment.
Pay attention to the conditions under which the product is being sold as it may be different for different products, which will depend on the artwork seller.
In some cases, buyers may have to pay taxes and customs fees on artwork they purchase. It depends either on their country of residence or the country the artwork is shipping from.

Note: billing data must be filled out correctly; otherwise the order will be canceled.
If the buyer does not want to receive his order on his billing address but ships on a separate address, then the shipping data should be correct, especially the zip code.
- Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

There are artists who want to hear the value given by the buyer and are ready for the bargaining, so it’s likely that in the case of a rational offer, the artist will lower the price of his work. On our website, in the part Name Your Own Price, which is available on different pages of the website, you can tell us the price for which you would like to buy.
