“The Abduction of Europa” is one of the well-known episodes of Greek mythology, where Zeus, in order to possess Europa, the Phoenician princess, takes the form of a bull and abducts her. Reaching Crete, he reveals his true form and claims Europa. From this union, Minos, Rhadamanthus, and Sarpedon are born.

The mythological theme here is depicted in a distinctive Art Deco style, giving the work its uniqueness. This storyline has not yet been presented in such a manner, which makes the artwork truly exceptional.
